Santa baby~

Lately, I’ve found a little more free time for myself. I mean, we’re still prepping for graduation but it’s chipping along.  The 11th was Richard’s and my 6th anniversary It’s not impressive, I know but I’m so glad to have been able to spend the time I have with him despite our ups and downs. I feel like, those are what make us, us.

I love how it made him super girly. It’s definitely a conversation piece.

We celebrated a little erratically this year. On the 7th we went down to Round 1. For a long time, I didn’t like going because I really burned myself out on it, but now that I’m hooked on crane games again, it felt so right to go.

On the 12th, we got up late, went to Thousand Oaks, and Richard spoiled me even more. In reality, he has been spoiling me since Thanksgiving because I guess he felt like this was our most important anniversary so far. We spent the day walking around, ate lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, bought some Josie Maran stuff from Sephora, and sampled everything in Teavana.

My anniversary haul:

Even though he has been supporting us this whole time that I have been in nursing school, Richard went out of his way to make this month really special for me.  I’m so lucky to have someone like him in my life to walk by my side even though sometimes I walk a little slow.
